Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order and return items for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Return postage costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items: if your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including postage.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
